While salumi is typically featured within antipasti lists, hereâ€™s itâ€™s given extra attention. a
Manoâ€™s Salumi aging room is visible to diners, and is stocked with house-made sausages
and cured meats. Try several small plates, or the sampler plate Affetati Misiti, a dream for
any charcuterie lover. Antipasti options range from Supli ai Telefono (Rice croquettes
stuffed with caciocavalla cheese), or the Insalata di Mare (Salad of octopus, shrimp, squid,
celery and potatoes).
Rich, long-simmered flavors are abundantly present in the Coniglio della Casa (Slow-cooked
rabbit with oil-cured olives, roasted garlic & thyme). Exquisitely fresh Gulf seafood
