Tour of Italy

For the months of August and September, a Mano is offering a culinary “tour of Italy” – each week featuring wines from and dishes inspired by a different region in Central and Southern Italy.

Week 1 (August 1 – 6): Calabria
Week2 (August 8 – 13): Basilicata / Puglia
Week 3 (August 15 – 20): Campania
Week 4 (August 22 – 27): Lazio / Rome
Week 5 (August 29 – September 3): Abruzzo / Molise
Week 6 (September 5 – 10): Sardinia
Week 7 (September 12 – 17): Sicily
Week 8 (September 19 – 24): Tuscany
Week 9 (September 26 – 30): Umbria

Each week we will present a three course pre fixed menu for $28 (tax and tip not included) reflecting the culinary traditions of each unique region. To compliment this special menu, we will be offering a flight of three wines from the same area and a regionally-inspired featured cocktail.
