The world’s authority on Italian food, wine and travel, Gambero Rosso is published annually with Slow Food. Their rating system assigns ‘glasses’ or ‘bicchieri’ with three glasses designating the best wine. Our friends with Swirl Wine Market have asked us to create a paired dinner showcasing these extraordinary wines.

Our a Mano menu features 6 tasting courses paired with *6 wines representing their respective regions. Antonio Molesini, Italian Wine Specialist from Republic National Beverage, and a native of Cortona, will join us in hosting the event. This is an extraordinary opportunity to taste the best.
